We bought an expensive house and even put in a beautiful in-ground pool which my young son could come and play in for years to come. In 4 months we were splitting up. I couldn't use a realtor because we owed more than the house was worth and I could not afford to pay the high commission fees.

I tried to sell the house myself but got no offers. To make matters worse, while my ex-partner and I owned the house together, I alone was responsible for the mortgage. With our 2 salaries we could afford the payments, but with one salary,  I would quickly drain my savings and loose the house to foreclosure.

Then, I was contacted by Richard and Michelle of HomeFriend Investors. By this time the house was empty and I was living in an apartment, paying both the rent and part of the mortgage.

Richard and Michelle were able to buy the house in a few days, and were able to work out an arrangement that relieved me of the heavy monthly payments.

I just wanted to say "thank you" one more time for your assistance during our storm. It was a consolation to know that if the person you thought was right for the job didn't come through, you had a "back-up" that was willing to be as helpful as possible. Please believe me when I say your warm spirit and willingness to be of assistance will not go unremembered. So, it looks as if everything is a go. They had us do basically just as you had described. So your knowledge was beneficial to say the least.
